Help, why can’t I buy cubits?

I might not have noticed this before purchasing the giftcard, but..well, I bought two 15 euro giftcards! I wanted to spend them on Cubic, but, as I uh..went and tried to buy it, it didn’t work and still doesn’t! Help? Maybe a moderator can explain me if there’s trouble with servers? Jee, I wouldn’t want to have been robbed lol-

Also, edit: I do believe this doesn’t fully have to do with support, since, I didn’t pay yet, I couldn’t just buy it, so no money has been charged yet..does this fit?

I’m not on android, I’m on iPad, yet..well, I have funds, so weird; I mailed support and they said they patched it, so I’ll log on and try, I think?

EDIT: They fixed nothing, yet mailed me saying they did and I should try, but no, they didn’t at all! I replied to them with an email and I’m waiting for response, at this point I expect an update for iOS..
