I think Qbees should be able to whisper in a muted realm because the reason we mute the realms is because the owner either wants everyone to stop texting or the texting is causing lag.

If a person wanted to tell his friend the code they could just leave the realm and come back .

Actually not really, if theres a race like the latest Valentine event leaving the realm its a waste of time :)

_1 The whole point of a mute bumper is too block out any drama or for other purposes. Other than that. This is a horrible idea O_O1
