Mines overworld buggy

For the last few days the sky map Tropical mine shows a dark color like green or yellow and there is not anyone in. Also the inside of the mine does respawn but on the outside it still shows dark when there hasn't been anyone in them. They will only respawn if empty and they do but the outside still shows the dark color. I have even parked my alt outside near them on my 2nd PC to be sure nobody has entered since I last did. This is all maps and I only go to Tropicals but I suppose it can be all mine types as well. Server restart clear this up? idk. I go in a mine whether it is normal or dark so it's not that big of a deal. Not all ppl are looking for what I am.
