So when i join a realm and go quickly to another portal using the acceloring it gets removed

    If I'm right, that 'issue' is intended. Accelo rings break when people are sent too fast in another room/realm. It avoids owners to control where someone would be sent in. I think it works like that, not 100% sure anyway.

    it's super annoying cuz i would have to put it again every time

    Maybe try to put it one / several blocks backwards?

    i did that, it still gets removed

    This is not a bug or a glitch.
    This was added to prevent people from locking themselves outside of their realms.
    If you want to have the same effect put a wind machine that blows you onto the ring after you spawn.
