Did I overpay for my pets?

I've been collecting pets lately and I'm worried I paid too much for them. I wanted to ask if I did:

Doog Lv 9: 3.5k
Cat Lv 0: 2.6k
Dragon: 10.5k
Reindeer: 3.8k
Snowman: 8.9k
Elf: 15.5k

The elf i am not sure but the others are a small overpay, with about max 1000c

snowman lvl 0 are 4-5k cats and dragon are good same with dog.
