So I need a good but not overly expensive outfit, I was thnking I'll do it myself but then I thought I'll make it a competition, so the best outfit within the budget of 5,000 c, will win a prize probably 500c or something but yeah, message me here or reply or add me in game. - Decipher.

    Paperbag Hat (300c ish?)
    Wuvva Shirt (Looks best with pink but any color works really - 150 to 200c)
    *If you are really tight on budget or just don't like the heart, a pink, red or white shirt will substitute fine :D
    Pink/White/Red Tutu (I like pink best; Can change color to match shirt - 30c ish)
    Pink/White/Red Pants (Again, pink best imo; Can change color to match shirt/tutu - 5c ish)
    Heart Wings (2,000-3,000c ; I have not seen them for sale much recently, but I have an extra pair and would be more than willing to sell to you if you cannot find elsewhere :D)

    Totals:
    - Min: ~2,485c
    - Max: ~3, 535c

    Good luck finding an outfit :D
