Summer build question

Does the build need to be something that ACTUALLY EXISTS?
What i have in mind is something related to summer and the ocean in general, but as you might have guessed, doesn't exist.
So please, give me an answer so i wont make mistakes :^

    The rules state its a summer getaways contest and its anywhere you might go on holiday. So from that rule alone i would assume that it has to actually exist. But i might be wrong as thats just my interpretation of it.
