  1.If you play on a mobile device,I use an app to make screenshots.there are several apps to take screenshots
  
  2.To make friends inside the game,go to the menu (upper-left) and click on friends. after that you search for their name or you can click on a person in the realm/room your with. The rest is pretty much eplained,hope this helps :)
