I Can’t Find Cave Mines!

Hello QBees! Can anyone give me tips for finding cave mines? I can’t find them at all even when I dig a mountain in a mountain mine! Any QBees have tips to find cave mines?

I stumbled upon this tonight...can't say I've ever seen an entrance that was completely uncovered...usually I only have ever seen just the top (the mountain grass portion), and then have to dig down for the entrance...but this is what a cavern entrance looks like that spawns completely above ground (which is very rare)...
