Login Error

So, I have a new device, and it will not let me log in with my old account. It acts like I’m new and doesn’t have a sign in button, only a sign out. I have an iPad. I have no idea if this a bug or not but it sure is bugging me.

    Have you clicked the ? Button and clicked the

    I already have a player and password and want to use it here

    If u do then it will let u sign in

    You have to click the "?" button next to the name and choose "I already have a player and password, and I want to use it here." Then when you click that, you can now enter your name and password.

    If you don't have a password set to your account, go back to your old device and click the "?" and choose "I want to create a password, change my password, or modify my account." and then put in your password there, then go click "SAVE" at the bottom and go back to your device to login.
