New realm switch

I have built a mall, and I wanted to close it to restock the machines. I switched the visitors to "only me", but still had to put up with being stalked by a couple of players who remained in the realm. I didn't want to ban them, because I want to keep them as customers. (I had announced that the mall was closing, but these two still remained.) So I was thinking that maybe there could be a switch in the realm set up which would automatically remove everyone from the realm until the owner decides to reopen it. This would be helpful to shop owners because there are people who wait for you to pull the vending machine so they can steal the cubits.
