What kind of bug?

i have seen some post that there was a bug before the restart about the pack?


like i opened 150kpacks at llike 6;20 or so do i need to send a ticket ?


im asking becauuse i had no chance to stay more than 30 mins online and idk aything about it

    I'm totally lost between timezones, (could even be banned for the ticket I sent) I think it was before 15:00 tgm or gtm, I forgot , might ask @CosmicCow

    at the launch, we couldnt get any rare, they updated it and we can ask refunds for the packs bought before the fix

    I send a ticket because they will look into it and know whether you purchased the packs before or after. It does not hurt to double check :)!
