    Try sending a support ticket with that screenshot. Support with help.

    1 go to appdata and delete the file "cubic"
    2 uninstall the game
    3 download the game
    it might work idk

    Yeah your game just crashes.... try reinstalling your game... most times that helps

    That sometimes happen when your computer has a low spec try reinstalling the game. delete all files before reinstalling, if it does not work try contacting support Link : http://help.cubiccastles.com/support/

    1. Press Win + R
    2. Type %appdata%
    3. Search for "Cubic" folder without qoutes and then delete it
    4. Open steam library, go to cubic castles, right click and click properties
    5. Go to tab local files and click verify intergrity of game files
    6. Open your cubic castles

    The problem should be fixed by now

    I'm pointing this to Steam user and >CrazyBunny<

    He is using steam for sure

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cubic Castles\Cubic.exe"


    And for non-steam user

    1. Press Win + R
    2. Type %appdata%
    3. Search for "Cubic" folder without qoutes and then delete it
    4. Uninstall Cubic castles

    6. Run your Cubic castles normally

    You don't have to comepletely uninstall cubic castles you just have to delete the cubic folder in app data and run cc therefor redownloading the folder by itself.
