please help me!!! me stuck starting game please help me!!! me sell wands to people 50c each and me dont login

    Server is back. Should be fixed if it was the problem?

    On your keyboard press Windows left +R, and will take you open a window like this
    1

    And you write that which is there( %appdata% )
    PrtScr capture

    And delete the Cubic folder, and re-download it.
    I hope it works for you :)

    PD: This is only in case you use pc

    Connection issues based on different things, in any case connecting support may help...
    Try sending a ticket to Mabz / Costumer Support Admin , explaining your issue and after what it happened... Here is the link:

    Some connection issues may be happend due to server for short time less then 15 minutes, to be sure just check after 15 minutes as well as checking your secondary accounts if you have any... If you don't have one create one to check if you experience same issue.

    Some connection issues like continues loading screen of "starting game screen" may refer you get banned which can be temporary or permenant. Especially if its before seeing the screen that you write your log in information. But it may also be something else. Similarly for more info in those cases also try to contact support:

    me did that, me only craft wands and me tried to make new account and me stuck too and me contact the support and me said me stuck in starting game and he dont reply me yet

    Your issue is possible due to server side unless you are using a different internet connection or something, or just lieing to me and did something bannable.

    In anycase sadly neighter me or you can do something about that, its something just admins may search and fix. So there is only one thing you can do "waiting". Sorry its not the answer you seek I know ^_^.

    There is currently some disconnection issues occur as well as play who stuck in single player mode and cant enter game... You maybe experiencing some disconnection issue due to those issues (unless its a ban or your connection as I said before).

    I think they currently work on those issues and thats why they are a bit busy to answer all those quickly but Mabz / Costumer Support Admin is also famous with his quick reply... He generally answers everything less then 3 days so I suggest you to wait a bit and check it again later...

    (And I also assume that you sent a ticket to support explaining your issue ^_^ )

    If things not get solved until then or if you not get an answer try sending PM directly to developers, and bump this discussion to mention this again...

    I am sorry to be the one giving bad news ^_^ , but don't worry it maybe fixed faster if its due to their server side...
