If you use the steam version of cc it should have done a 2.4mb update automatically.
If you have updated it may be a antivirus issue.
As the 1.6.3 update is a very new .exe.
Try disabling anti-virus shields and see if that helps.

I had this before, I managed to fix it by uninstalling the game then reinstalling it again. If that don't work, maybe something with your computer?

Okay I have posted a new 1.63 from the Cubic Castles website. It will say 1.63a in the installer. Could you let me know if that works for you? This might take a couple tries. When it's working properly, we will update Steam as well.
