A New Suggestion for clan settings

Hi, I know some of players got kick in their clan even they are leaders. So i want to suggest to add some power to leader.

Some of these are:
1. Leaders can add some ranks
2. Leaders can change the settings
examples:
a. can allow 1 down rank (like vice leaders) to add players
b. can allow 1 down rank (like vice leaders) to promote and to demote (but can't kick and can't change
the rank of the leader).

I'll add some suggestions like:
1. New clan levels
2. New clan decoration blocks
3. Clan event settings
