What about user description?
Because posting your desc on activity is a bit weird

Unlike an activity feed, a users description is something more permanent where one can learn a bit more about that user.

A users description was probably not added so to keep the profile clean and simple(just as the rest of the forum)

i actually know this type of forums really well, since another forum has the same layout.
