I have a question relating to lobby

Perhaps nothing odd about the picture. But try you note players named Loxton12. Every day I often see some newbie spawn at the point where Loxton12 located. Usually they spawn under a magnifying glass bumper(Idk the name of the bumper Xv).How could this happen? Pls leave a comment. Thx :v/
