I've been wondering this for a while now, but can Admins.... well... spawn in items?

sorry if I'm a bit nosy, I just wanted to know. cause the Admins are the devs of the game, so I guess they could?

Admins are the devs not mods.
Admins can obviously spawn in items.
Mods cannot.
