Anyone know how to remove polish off of parade boots?

    Set boots in sink so that the tap is over the toe of the boot
    Run hot water on the toe
    Scrub toe with a boot brush (the same kind used on combat boots)
    Continue until the toe is looking dull
    Repeat with other areas of boot
    Repeat with other boot

    i tried that and that did nothing though- besides make the polish feel rubbery x_x
    theyre hybrid boots i think

    yeah about that xD
    there was a good method that i learned last september but i forgot it and google didnt recall it for me xD but oh well, i got the top layers off by mutilating my brush :/
    but i want to strip it down to the leather so :c

    Okay staying on topic- i think i got off as much polish as possible but now my brush is bent all the wrong ways, i want a different method that doesnt involve mutilating a brush

    It's a band, and it's probably clarinet

    I think I can stick with scraping off the polish for now- i'll see when i repolish them so leave this thread open in case please :P
