Weird sign :p

So somebody donated a lot of stuff you get when you start a game and I placed a sign down. This was what happened.

Edit: pictures not here o.o but anyways it had a black handle.

    If you're talking about the black official sign:

    If you place it on the side of a block the handle is removed and it looks like a plaque
