Those files where already in there because of the single player adventure that was pre-released(beta) to all windows and steam users.
I'm just guessing because your screenshot doesn't tell anything(to unclear to read what's on it).

i checked it on my files and it is not blurred, i think its because the forums cant upload high resolution pictures

As @Scorto7 said, these are there because of the single player adventure (wich has cars in it).

Plus I think sharing the game files' content was forbidden or something?
