Where is "The haunted courtroom"?

One of my quests is in the haunted courtroom, but i cant find that realm in any of the search machines. Is it somewhere in a room? Or another realm?
Im also stuck on some other quests, so feel free to add me in game if you want to help me. (No need to)

The Haunted Courtroom can be found in the realm: The Ministry of Defense.
It's not to far from Eden's central hotspots.
