Well I said I had hoped to do something like that with new crafting changes in the future, but people are asking for cars a lot so we might release something earlier which would not be crafted, but rather be some kind of pack.

NPCs is a longer way off.. Because in order to do it right you'd need a way to do all kinds of chat paths. Different answers based on what the player did, and different responses etc... That's a complicated change.
