What room size should I buy

I recently got 1000+ cubits from working. What room size should I buy for my farm I have grow 50 crops in 1 realm perk. So the maximum is 500. What room size should i buy for that? edit removed storage thing.

20 x 25 room (+5 for space, so 20 x 30)
