Sherlock 4's deceptive parkour needs to be shut down

So, basically, this player called Sherlock 4 has a parkour where you can pay to progress through to the end. That's not the problem. The thing is, at the portal where you'd enter the part with the prize, there's a block broken under the portal on the other side, so players can't access the prizes (as you can see in the fourth screenshot).

I'm sure a lot of reports have been filed from the game. The reason I'm posting it here is to provide picture evidence.
