I wanna do a small PvP event, with a decent prize, my only concern is people willing to take part and keeping the event fair

Who would be willing to take part in such an event? Pvp in a huge arena. I wanna do teams, 2v2, I'd need a total of 32 players, 16 teams. in a knockout-stage style tournament
