How do I change my forums profile picture?

I would please like to know how to change my forums profile picture, if it's true that we don't have the ability of doing that then could a mod please change my forums pfp to the Cubic Castles > fanpack > 2DGraphics > Store > icon_tunes image? It's a An image of a Qbee with Headphones that appears in the game's Cubit store in where you can buy tunes at.

    V's profile picture has been like that from a while, he changed his profile picture a while back when people could, but he can't change it now either. He's stuck with that as his pfp.
