Messed up realm permissions since server restart

Since the last server restart my friends cannot enter my rooms/realms altho they are set too friends only!

    That happened to me a couple times too, i had to keep sending and accepting friends requests for a while for it to work

    There was always an issue with this but now it is 100% not working even if both users are online..
