What you get from starter realm and red dehys

I've wondered what you get from clearing a starter realm for a little while, so I cleared one out, and if anyone else is wondering what is in one it's this (if you do not open the starter gifts):

7 black marble
Around 80 stone, depending on how much it drops each time
Around 88 coal, depending on how much it drops each time
Around 34 iron, depending on how much it drops each time
1 rehydrator
1 computer
22 tree trunks
1 old wood table
2 blue flowers
2 dark raw stone
8 crude signpost
4 muchroom
12 mushroom patch
1 gold chest
6 red flowers
2 purple flowers
2 white flowers
1 yellow flower
Around 6 thorns, depending on how much it drops each time

I got 2 dehydrated cubes from it, both of them were blue tho so thats not the average.
If you started from level 0 and cleared it out by yourself, you would get to level 7.

I think its also cubits, plaster, a second anvil & ores?
I've always wondered if someone has stats on how much of each resource is contained in each mine, especially raw ores (the ones that appear in daily quests). Clearing out smaller realms of each type is one way to find out.
If you want to see everything i got from the dehys go to the realm named Wall E it's all together in a rectangle in there.
I just realized I used 110 red dehys instead of 100, so Im using another one real quick so it's 111.
