Ongoing annoying sounds

When you go up to a computer, you can hear the BEEP-BOOP-BOP-BAP-BOOP. If I do that the beeping just keeps playing over and over and over, even if I press quit and im in the home screen ITS STILL PLAYING. Also if I leave the realm it still plays so it doesnt matter what realm im in. This also happens with any car sounds. (The broom stick car sound is so annoying and doesnt even make any sense with how the car looks.)
