I'm not sure if this is good or not but if your in a blizzard for say 5mins and long you will become frozen. But to prevent being frozen you where those.. um.. fluffy jackets (I dun know wat it is) which keeps you warm and you wont freeze.

    Well, sorry to say it but that means the new people would all the time freeze if they are there and in realms probably that stamp cant be used

    Maybe make them freeze when they dont move for like 30 seconds, but you can still jump a few times to break the ice.

    Okey XD I was thinking not the new players but maybe the more experienced players, so once ur on like lvl 22? u get a fuz jacket?

    I think it would be a great effect from the Blizzard environments, but it shouldn't be a item it should be a perk ;D
