Cannot enter room..

So i have a realm/room in my lobby room (Where i keep all my rooms) and i'm trying to get into my old storage (It still has stuff in it) and it's sayiing 'You do not have permission to enter this realm'. Could this been from where i changed my name and it set on 'Only Me'? So if any mods could help with the problem, My realm is 'Shop Hangout' and my 'lobby' is on the right (Its has a sign saying lobby) and on the lower floor there is the room, 'old storage'. Please help me...

    I didn't think changing your name was an issue for restricted realms.
    Never the less, this sounds like something for support to handle.

    Cheers Chickthulhu, i thought it might have been the name problem because it happened to my friend while ago
