I want to log in again on my old alts, but I don't remember their email and their password

They were Retrowolf 2.0. and QbeeCitizen96,. They were major ones for me. The first one remains on a unrecoverable state tablet from 4 years ago. The other one i don't remember which email I used for it, and it was created 1 year ago. Am I screwed?
