Chances of Cubits while Mining

When you mine, there is a chance that you will get a cubit; I've calculated this to be about 3.8%. However, I have never calculated the chance of a "Big Bonus" while mining. Does anyone know an approximate/exact figure?

    I calculated the "Big Bonus" thing to be about 0.035%, but I only based this on the assumption that the big bonus gave an average of 75 cubits.
    Edit: This turns to a figure of mining roughly 2825 blocks (on average) for a big bonus, but as stated my calculations might be based on faulty assumptions.
