Scammed?

Someone (Daddy Z) told me that the pilgrim bonnet price went up to 10k but he was selling it for 500c and i offered two vends for it. The trade was made and i checked forums because he said the price rised and they posted it in forums. Yet, i dont see it anywhere? if someone knows where they posted it please tell me or send me the link or tell me ingame (my user is play with me)
