For not put any people in his friends list, we can just add people to a tp list, (exemple: you can turn off the possibility of people in your tp list to tp to you, and turn on the possibility of tp for your friends)

For a 200 players long list, that'd be too much for some.. The offline can be turned on and off quickly enough to let some people teleporting to you. So that's a no to me.
