Not Gaining EXP while MINING and BREAKING

If you are using Underwater Stamp you will notice that no matter how you break or mine you won't get any exp.

EDIT : ONLY BREAKING WILL NOT GIVE EXP :p

EDIT AGAIN : Sometimes you don't get EXP from Breaking and Placing Weird! :D

    Interesting, Well then. Use the normal stamp and build it before you place the underwater stamp.
    Or it is a bug?
