Locked out of account

I was playing my game and my account isn't even like a month or two old and all of a sudden it logs me out I try and log back in and it says I'm logged in on another device and I need to log out. I don't have another device that this account is logged into I don't have a device with any other account this is the only other account I've tried resetting my password and it still won't let me in and it says that I am currently logged in please log out of alternate devices I don't have another device what happened to my account

What do I do? This has never happened to me before. I had other applications hacked and same thing happened but I got back into them but not cubic Castle. What do I do

I've already made a ticket and has anyone gotten back into their account?

Well thank you I'm going to log out of my player account uninstall the app wait a little bit reinstall it and try and log back in and see what it does
