blizzard and build name exists

i went to an artic mine and the blizzard wasn't foggy or i was able to see clearly. I wonder if this is a bug because i liked to old one and it looks more boring
and i tried to name a new realm but it says "realm name already exists please use a different name" i thought realms can have the same name becuase i seen realms with the same name

I thought only me who saw this problem hmm.. yeah I hope to see the fog too, without it, it's weird
