Can we make CC related blogs?

I want to make a cc blog on blogspot, to provide a source of information about popular shops, art realms, reviews of new packs, and discussions about new functions and aspects of the game. Is that something that I would be allowed to do or would CC take it down? I know some game are reluctant to have any type of player-made blogs made rather then official, so I thought I'd ask. No big deal, just curious!
