Neon Pack idea!

So, with the /dances alive, what's better than dancing? DANCING WITH FRIENDS IN A PARTY!
My idea is of a pack, where it is focused on the '' neon '' theme, with lightsabers that do not shine (but have a stronger color, where they stand out on stamps where it leaves the dark realm) of green and red , blocks that give off a brightness of the block color in a 3x3x3 area and a little lighter in an area up to 5x5x5 around the block, perfect for creating parties, it is also good to have a type of smoke machine, where you put smoke just like the wind machine, but it doesn’t push people, you could probably have an
omni smoke machine and a craftavel or buyable in the pack.
Do you know the sparkles that shine on the rocket launcher? why not a type of funnel, fixed, where these same sparkles shine upwards, only more slowly, much more slowly? drop to an area 0x0x7 from the height of the funnel.
