Room/Realm expansion?

I have seen many suggestions like this before, but dunno if anyone said that it couldn't be done.
I'm a big nub and built my airship in too small of a realm, now I'm trying to figure out ways to make it work in the small area. It would be nice if we have a smaller-than-100x100 room/realm and we could expand it by buying something from cc store.
