Have a friend that has a ram art to enter, but he doesn't have instagram. Am I able to submit for him if I jus note his ign ?

    I think so, since I submitted Turtleshadow's art for him and havent got any warning or smtn

    Yes it's fine as long as you give the name of the person you are posting it for.
