I've got this message after trying to set a password of my new account. This is probably for the double account protection thing. But how do I change my password now. Through my email? This account is newly created so it isnt attached to any email.

If I were you I would double-check the account's name. Maybe you had it written wrong. In addition to that you can set your email by clicking on the "I want to create a password, change my password, or modify my account." button as shown in the screenshot below

,and type your E-Mail address there and click on "SAVE" to link the E-Mail address with this account. There is also a slight possibility you have your Virtual Private Network (VPN) set to log you in from another server. This could also be automatically set from your computer to protect your personal data, so if that's the case, you can choose the desirable server and everything should be Okay. If that turns out not to be useful, you can always contact support by clicking here:
