How to COMPLETELY give your friend (which is myself but another acc) a room from your realm??

I have this Room in my previous account which is really big... it is 65x65 and i supposed to build a mansion in that place and I have not played CC for about 3 years.... and my IGN have changed into Requiem... and I hated my previous ign which is WrageWrath so I made another acc after 3 years of disappearing..

How to give this Realm/Room, like the Entire realm is entitled to Crimson_Requiem (My current Acc) and let the acc be the OWNER of the Realm/Room...

Well I can buy another 77x77 realm but I want to make use of that huge Room and make Crimson_Requiem, which is myself, be the owner of it.

You can only give full permission to your alt, but you cant make it as an owner of the realm/room
