What should i sell?

I got a plot at Juky Rentals, which is a very very nice place, check it out if you haven't already, and wanted to make it different from the other plots, selling rares and clothes, but I have no idea what to sell. Any suggestions? Enki told me to sell signs, but they're already there. I'd love to hear what you people like and what you think others would like.

Try to sell rare cubes you caj get by mining (like blue and green cubes). Also sell the materials you get by said mining :^
