I got scammed, mods pls just look

This guy added me and said to add him on instagram so he could show me a video of someone saying that I scammed them so I added him on insta and he gave me a link for cubic casltes saying click on it to see the vid, I clicked on it and it looked exactly like the login thing for the forums so I put in my password and userna,e and it took me right to the forums and I said that it didnt show me the vid, then he didnt say anything for like 30 minutes so i logged into a random account and i went back to my shop and all my bends and stuff were gone, so he said if i let him do a holla saying free perm that he would give ,e my acc back, so i had to say yes so he did it and everyone ca,e in and took my things, and that real, took like a month too get the things to make, so he did all that and told me the password and went to get on but it got banned. So can a mod pls unban me so I can change my password and take off free perm, I really need help and I have pictures of what he said.
