Search bumper crash

Hello, whenever I use the search bumper in the lobby with my phone (android) , the game crashes, so I can never use the bumper, wich is really annoying! Thank you.

I think it's bc of lag?

This happens on my computer, but it’s only with specific searches. For some reason when I search for this one realm it disconnects me, and I have to reconnect then search again for it to work.

No, it never works! Anytime I bump into it, it's white and blank, I don't even see the cubic center, learningcenter, prison like it dosn't show anything and I can't research anything. It just crashes :/
