Is autoclicking allowed?

I'm not asking if it's allowed to sit there afk auto clicking for hours while your doing something else. I'm wondering if I'm allowed to use it because my fingers ache. If I'm watching the device and I just can't be bothered to tap 'craft' thousands of times, can I use it?
